Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you do not meet this requirement.

2) Social casino; entertainment only

The Service is a social casino-style game for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling, and no gameplay provides prizes or winnings of real-world value. In-game results do not indicate future success in any gambling activity.

3) Virtual currency & items

Virtual coins/credits and virtual items: (a) have no cash value; (b) are non-redeemable and non-withdrawable; (c) are non-transferable; and (d) may be modified, limited, or removed as part of operating the Service.

4) Optional in-app purchases (IAP)

You may be able to buy virtual currency/items via Apple App Store/Google Play (or another platform). Prices and taxes are shown at checkout by the platform. All sales are final to the extent permitted by law; refunds (if any) are handled under the platform’s policies. Purchased virtual items remain non-redeemable for money or anything of real-world value.

5) Accounts & security

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may require verification to protect the Service and users.

6) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using bots/scripts.
• Harassment, hate, illegal content, or harmful communications.
• Attempting to sell/transfer accounts or virtual items, or to redeem them for value.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with security/availability.
• Using the Service in a way that breaches any law or third-party rights.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, graphics, branding, and content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful personal entertainment.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and/or reset or remove virtual currency/items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a risk to others, or to maintain the integrity or security of the Service.

9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

10) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
